There are 2 ways to get the correct item to you. The quickest way would be to order the new part online and send the part that doesn't fit back to us for a refund. The other option is to send us the incorrect part with a note in the package letting us know that you would like to exchange the part. Please fill out the RMA form in the link below and send it in along with the part you wish to return.
If you receive your order and the incorrect item has been sent due to an error on our part, we will email a FedEx return label and once the item has been scanned by FedEx, notifying us that the incorrect item is being returned, we will send out the correct part.
Please contact EGW at (215) 538-1012 and have your online order ID or invoice number ready when you call. If you ordered the incorrect part and you wish to exchange it within 60 days of the date of purchase, you will need to send the item into our office with a copy of your invoice and the part number for the part that you wish to make the exchange for.
Once the item has been received by our office, we are happy to exchange the item for you. Please contact us by telephone at (215) 538-1012 if you are unsure which part you will need. You will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange.
