We do our best to ship orders of in-stock items placed online, within 3 business days (typically, we ship within 1-2 business days). If your order is not updated and you have not received shipment tracking information within 4 business days, please contact us by phone (215) 538-1012 or e-mail. Please have your order confirmation number available when you contact us. If you pay for FedEx 2-Day your order does take priority, but we CANNOT guarantee that it will ship the next business day, we try our best, but it doesn't always happen. We appreciate your understanding.
The above shipping policy does not apply to orders containing customized parts. Orders containing customized parts will be held until the customized part is complete. We do not split the order into multiple shipments. We will send the order in one complete shipment.
