All updates/cancellations prior to processing of orders will be accommodated on a “per order” basis and must be logged by speaking with a staff member.
We process and ship orders as quickly as possible, so depending on when your order was placed, it may have already shipped. If that is the case, you will need to wait until your order arrives and send it back for a refund.
We cannot guarantee that changes will be made before the order is shipped. Please assume that your order will be processed exactly as it reflects on your order confirmation email.
